Steel cages were fabricated at a rebar shop and brought by truck to the site. The Structural Engineer had to approve the steel cages and assure they were made exactly to his design and specifications. Shown here is the crane that will lift the steel and lower the cages into the holes. We had to block this narrow road for five hours. This first required City approval and notifying all the residents on this road. You can see the size crane we need to get the height and distance to reach the holes.
