The grade beams are poured. In Los Angeles, a Deputy Inspector is required during the concrete pour. The concrete is 3,000 PSI. You can see the dowels that come from the grade beams and will tie into the pool floor steel. That makes it so the piles, grade beams, and pool all tie in together. Next will begin the forming for the cantilever decks.
